All returns require prior approval; please contact us either by phone or on-line to receive your approval prior to shipping the item(s).

RETURN AND REPLACEMENT

If the part customer received has manufacturing fault, DRILLINGTECHNOLOGY WELL DRILLING EQUIPMENT TRADING CO LLC will replace it without any additional cost.

If the customer does not want it to be replaced, the charges paid will be credited to the customer’s account which they can use for another transaction on the site.

If the customer opts for refund and does not want a replacement and credit, then DRILLINGTECHNOLOGY WELL DRILLING EQUIPMENT TRADING CO LLC Trading will deduct the shipping charges, plus a 35% of cancellation and handling charges.

Requirements for Returns:

Within 7 days of receipt of your order, you may request to return parts that:

• Are in their original packaging

• Have not been used, installed, or disassembled

• Are not damaged due to improper installation

• Do not have missing parts, hardware or instructions

Once we have received your returned part(s), conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, our sales coordinator will contact you to facilitate.

The return will be made to the original mode of payment only.

Refund

Refund is processed within 48 hours following the receipt of item and check thereof. Refunded amount may take one to seven working days to enable the financial institution to reflect the refunded amount on your account. The bank transaction charge will be deducted from customer according to the bank policy.

ADDITIONAL COSTS

DRILLINGTECHNOLOGY WELL DRILLING EQUIPMENT TRADING CO LLC will not refund any labor costs incurred by you or the installer of the products purchased at this website. Furthermore, we are not responsible for auxiliary expenses, rental equipment expenses, or other additional costs for any reason.

 

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Damage parts should be informed within 7 days after receiving the parts. Please include your Order Number on all correspondence.

 

CANCELLATION OF SALE

Please note, all orders are electronically processed and forwarded to the Parts warehouse immediately upon confirmation of the order.

NO ORDERS CAN BE CANCELLED AFTER THE PAYMENT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED.

NOTE: You may be required to provide the Order Number.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

You can cancel your order if it is not shipped, however, DRILLINGTECHNOLOGY WELL DRILLING EQUIPMENT TRADING CO LLC reserves the right to deduct 20% cancellation fee.

Once you have submitted your request our sales coordinator will call or email you within 48 hours (please allow us additional time for weekends and holidays) followed by an approval and instructions on how to return your item(s).

DRILLINGTECHNOLOGY WELL DRILLING EQUIPMENT TRADING CO LLC is not responsible for items returned without proper return information (customer’s name, address and order number) on or in the box.

*Defective means the part has manufacturing fault.

Within UAE:

Shipping is FREE within the UAE on all orders of available parts over $1000, and might take 1 to 3 working days to arrive.

Throughout the World:

All duties, Customs and Delivery Charges will be paid by the Customer.

 

Delivery

After the order is received, the available items are shipped within 48/72 hours, and it may take five to seven business days for the shipment to reach its destination. Please be aware that this time frame is merely an estimate and is not a guarantee. Weather, transportation, natural disasters, wars, or any other uncertainty may affect the shipment or delivery.

For residential deliveries, all shipping companies reserve the right to add an extra day to the delivery window. We are unable to control this, so shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Check every package carefully after receiving your order to make sure no parts are damaged, missing, or in the wrong place. Although our parts warehouse makes every effort to avoid shipping damage, it does occur occasionally.

If a damaged part arrive, refuse the shipment and ask the shipper to send it back to us right away. If the shipper has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact the shipper and have the package returned to us. Missing, damaged, or incorrect parts are non-returnable after 7 business days, regardless of the party at fault. We must be contacted immediately if any of the above occurs.

Lastly, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and all claims for such must be worked out with the shipping company.
